Rental Terms

Please read to ensure your customer satisfaction.

Reservations Policy
 
We recommend all reservations be booked at least 3 - 5 weeks in advance to ensure availability.  A $50.00 reservation deposit must be made to book your date on all reservations. Note: This amount is seperate from the required rental deposit.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your event a fee of $50.00 will be assessed.  

Rental Deposit Policy

All rentals require a $100.00 rental deposit.  Deposit will be returned within 24 hours once rentals have been assessed to ensure no damages have occured. 
The customer is responsible for any damaged products. The customer will be required to pay for the full cost of the damaged item plus the $100.00 deposit.
